Our customers are responsible for the accuracy of their orders.
We suggest that you print a copy of your order for your records.You
will be asked to check and sign off on the order at the time of will
call or delivery.
Cal-State will not charge for its misfabbed or incorrectly processed
orders.
Special order items are not refundable.
Stock items may be returned for a 20% restocking fee.
Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. are usually available for Will Call by
2:00 p.m. the following day (please call to verify).
Delivery is available within the Southern California area by prior
arrangement.
